A case has been filed against Mufti Kazi Ibrahim at Mohammadpur Police Station under the Digital Security Act for making provocative remarks on social media.

Ashrafullah, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police, DB-Cyber ​​and Special Crimes Division, said the web-based crime investigation team saw various videos of his provocative and misleading information while monitoring social media last Monday. In this context, he went to his house in Mohammadpur on Tuesday. When he requested to open the door in the presence of the owner of the house, he did not open the door and started broadcasting provocative and aggressive statements directly from his mobile.

He added that at one point he opened the door at the request of the homeowner. He was later brought to the DB office on Minto Road for questioning. A review of the interrogation and his used mobile phone revealed some more provocative and offensive statements. A case was filed against him at Mohammadpur police station.
