Coronavirus has killed 6 people in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of deaths in Corona in the country stands at 27,752.

At the same time, 293 new corona have been identified. So far, the total number of identified patients stands at 15 lakh 65 thousand 164 people. Considering the test, the detection rate has come down to less than 2 percent.

This information has been given in the regular press release on Saturday (October 16) sent by the Department of Health.

A statement from the Department of Health said 442 people had recovered from the corona in one day. So far, a total of 15 lakh 26 thousand 333 people have recovered.

In the last 24 hours, samples of 15 thousand 251 people were collected. 15 thousand 560 samples were tested. In contrast to the test, the patient identification rate is 1.6 percent.

So far, the total detection rate of 1 crore 6 thousand 625 samples is 15.53 percent. The recovery rate per 100 people is 98.56 percent and the death rate is 1.6 percent.

Of those killed in 24 hours, 4 were men and 2 were women. At that time 3 people died in Dhaka, 1 in Chittagong, 1 in Khulna and 1 in Sylhet. No one died in other sections.

On March 8 last year, the first 3 people in the country were diagnosed with coronavirus. Ten days later, on March 17 of that year, the first person in the country died of the virus.
